South Africa
Hello friends! How's everyone doing? I got back from South Africa last week. I had the most amazing time! I spent the first 3 days there on safari! It was unbelievable, beautiful and breath taking. After that, Aubrey and I traveled to Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Jeffrey's Bay as part of a scrapbook roadshow.
The safari, the road show, everything was organized by one of the most wonderful and generous persons I've ever met, Michelle De Souza (right), and she had an excellent team: Sindy (left) & Lynn. It's nice to know that we have dear friends on the other side of the world.
I swiped this picture collage from Michelle's blog (thanks Michelle!); these are pictures taken at the first event in Johannesburg. Everyone we met was so nice. Aubrey and I had such a great time teaching at all the events. For lots of pictures of us in South Africa, check out Aubrey's blog.
Michelle, Sindy, Lynn, Anton (Michelle's husband), thank you all so much for giving Aubrey and I the time of our lives!

Just me
On a personal note, I'm doing well. It took awhile for me to get over the jet lag but I'm back to normal now. I'm spending most of my time enjoying being with my family. I'm also working in the lab 3 days a week. The diabetes research is going well, and all is well with Scrapbooks etc.
Okay, I gotta run. Have a fun and relaxing weekend! God bless!
